Reservation agreement

1. General terms

EHotel, hereinafter referred to as EHotel, renders the client the service of on-line reservation of hotels provided that the natural person, hereinafter referred to as the Client will read and express his consent with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

In case of booking of the hotel rooms by the Client, the necessary data on reservation and the credit card details (if necessary) are transmitted to the corresponding hotel. When making an order, namely: giving a request and making prepayment by credit card, the Client automatically expresses his consent to the data transmission to the corresponding hotel and confirms the conclusion of this Agreement.

The credit card used by the Client for making an order should belong directly to him, or the Client should have authorities to use it.

The commission fee deducted by a Clearing Bank at payment of accounts is already included in the cost of services of on-line booking.

The on-line booking payment is realized via electronic payment system “ASSIST” (www.assist.ru)


2. Room booking

EHotel renders services of room booking to the Client during the whole selected period of stay.

The price for staying in a hotel and the amount of the prepayment are fixed by EHotel in Rubles and are published on the site.

The client makes prepayment for the first day of stay in a hotel. The rest of the amount is paid by the Client on the spot – directly in a hotel.

The breakfast is included on in the amount of the prepayment.

When making an order, the Client can reserve and make prepayment only for one room by each request. To make reservation of several rooms the client shall make a corresponding number of requests in the booking system. 

EHotel draws your attention that at charge-off from the client's currency (not Ruble) account the rate and condition of exchange are established by the bank servicing the card of this client.


3. Change / canceling of request

The canceling of booking at change of conditions of stay (for example, change of a room category) is made by Clients via the interface of Internet - booking system while canceling the current order and registration of a new one not later than 3 (three) days before arrival.

The canceling of booking by Clients at refusal of rendered services is made the interface of Internet - booking system not later than 3 (three) days before the date of arrival with return of the prepayment. In case of canceling of booking in later term (less, than 3 days) the prepayment is not returned.

If it is impossible to cancel request via the web-site www.ehotel.ru the Client is obliged to notify on it EHotel (reservation department) by telephone, facsimile communication or e-mail and to fill in an application on return by bank card.

4. Observance of confidentiality.

The personal information on Clients is used exclusively with the purposes of maintenance of the services rendered by EHotel. EHotel does not transmit the information of personal character to third persons unless it is established by the legislation or other rules of law.


5. Other conditions. 

EHotel reserves the right for modification, addition or exception of any conditions and provisions according to which the services are offered on this site.

Obligations of the parties within the framework of this Agreement are regulated by articles 380 and 381 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Hereby you agree that the disputes following from this Agreement are considered according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the Arbitration court of St Petersburg and Leningrad region.

The database, decoration, programs, texts and any intellectual property are the property of EHotel and are protected by law. Any materials of this site may not be reproduced, sold, transmitted or changed without preliminary written permit of EHotel.
